Protylux SA is a Swiss company specialized in high-precision plastic injection including a division for the supply of cutting tools. Founded in 2016 in Rossens (FR), it now employs around twenty people. Initially created in partnership with Innopac Sàrl to meet the protection and packaging needs in the watch industry, Protylux has been able to extend its know-how to other demanding sectors such as medical and high-tech.
His expertise focuses mainly on thin-walled plastic injection and microinjection in a controlled atmosphere. The company develops and produces high-quality packaging solutions, with the flagship product being the TP-Flex protective cap made of recycled PE-LD, which is 100% recyclable. Other variants, such as semi-rigid caps made of bioplastic PP or more rigid caps made of PP Crystal, complete this range. Protylux also designs movement caps, protective films and miniaturized plastic components, especially for watches and medical devices. In addition, in 2025, it opened a “PTX MicroCut” division for the supply of high-precision cutting tools.
Committed to a strong environmental approach, the company has set up a closed circuit for recycling its obsolete products since 2020: collection, shredding, washing and regranulation are carried out in partnership with a company based in Liechtenstein. This model guarantees a second life for its materials and limits the environmental impact of its solutions.
Beyond production, Protylux offers complementary services: design and manufacture of injection and thermoforming tools, as well as rapid prototyping by 3D printing (SLS and FDM technologies), allowing customers to validate and optimize their projects before industrialization. Thanks to its design office composed of 3 engineers, Protylux SA offers a rheological study service for any design of injected parts.
With its technological mastery, its ecological commitment and its flexibility, Protylux is establishing itself as a reference partner for players in the watchmaking, medical and high-tech industries.
